I picked this wine up at the the Les vignerons de Cucugnan in Cucugnan a few weeks ago while out and about on a photo and video safari. It was a much needed reward for walking up to Chateau de Queribus
In the glass the colour is deep and dark garnet. On the nose are notes of hot earth, black currents and a hint of white pepper.
On the palate it is very short. Just a quick hit of forest fruits in the middle and then it is gone leaving tannins that suck the moisture from your mouth.
This is not really much of a wine and best left on the self.
Cost €4.50
Produced by Les Terroirs du Vertige, 11220 Talairan

But I do not know as me to begin with you acquaintance. I do not know, I would ask you that you have written to me about yourself. I then itself will write about myself.

I’m not sure why but over the last couple of weeks I’ve run out of blogging steam. I’ve been posting some stuff, but very little unique content.
I seem to have lost the desire to go and and about taking photos and shooting video. Added to that there’s been very little on the news to grab my attention, apart from bad news, and I prefer to keep this blog lighthearted whenever possible.
Even the thought of doing booze reviews leaves a sour taste in my mouth, which is strange for me especially considering my love of grog
and the fact that I have a wine fridge bursting at the seems with wines waiting to be opened and reviewed, and half a dozen or so bottles of artisanal beers begging for attention, but my heart and soul is just not willing.
This proves how bad my bloggers block is. I have a veritable lake of delectable booze but no wish to dive in.
I need to find a cure for my creative apathy, but I do not know where to start. Maybe some mind altering drugs will do the trick, so I will take a couple of multivitamins tonight and see what tomorrow brings!
